The Objective The 1999 Progress Rural WA Conference aims to build on the skills and exposure that many delegates have already had to inspiring and innovative practice from across the globe and the excellent practice currently being implemented by rural West Australians. Our keynote speakers have been selected on their ability to paint the big picture - we want to heighten the excitement, push people beyond their comfort zones and stretch peoples thinking. From project workshops and feedback across the state, we hear a number of common issues.
