This research is expected to increase the understanding of farmers as the main actors in food crop production regarding the importance of strengthening production input capacity through government subsidized financing/credit programs with low interest rates. The study was conducted on 30 farmers spread over 5 sub-districts in Bima City. KUR support in farming cultivation can be seen from the t-test showing a significance value of 0.00 > 0.05 which means that the existence of a farming financing assistance program through a credit scheme distributed by banking institutions is very helpful for farmers who do not have farming capital to cultivate farming
