Formación y aporte académico del Antropólogo y su contribución al desarrollo regional – La Libertad

In this research we will address the academic training and labor contributions of the Anthropologist and his contribution to the regional development of Freedom, investigating his development and commitment to the region, the problem of research revolves around: How do the academic training and labor contributions of the Anthropologist contribute to the regional development of freedom? The methods used are those of induction and deduction. Analysis and synthesis are part of the research process, basically in the selection of information, its interpretation and contextualization at work. The comparative historical method is an introduction to the ethnography of work. Observation, interview were used throughout the research process. Traditional planning and its new alternatives have not guaranteed a real identification of the problems and motivations for their own social change, professional progress.En la presente investigación abordaremos la formación y aportes académico del Antropólogo y su contribución al desarrollo regional de la Libertad, investigando su desenvolvimiento y compromiso con la región, el problema de la investigación gira en torno a: ¿De qué manera la formación académica y los aportes laborales del Antropólogo contribuyen al desarrollo regional de la libertad? Los métodos usados son los de inducción y deducción. El análisis y la síntesis forman parte del proceso de investigación, básicamente en la selección de información, su interpretación y contextualización en el trabajo. El método histórico comparativo, es una introducción a la etnografía del trabajo. La observación, la entrevista fueron utilizadas en todo el proceso de la investigación. La planificación tradicional y sus nuevas alternativas no han garantizado una real identificación de los problemas y las motivaciones por su propio cambio social, progreso profesional
