Laser Speckle Flowgraphy (LSFG) is a non-invasive tool for quantifying retinal blood flow dynamics. There are few studies on LSFG in ischemic optic neuropathies and no longitudinal LSFG studies over time. Our purpose was to characterize optic nerve and peripapillary choroidal blood flow in arteritic (AAION) and non-arteritic (NAION) anterior ischemic optic neuropathy at the acute stage and subsequent time points compared to a control group >50 years using LSFG
