Brain MRA revealed arterial dolichoectasia of most cerebral vessels, including the basilar, internal carotid, and middle cerebral arteries. Abducens nerve palsy as a sole manifestation of diffuse intracranial dolichoectasia is unusual but may occur in diffuse intracranial dolichoectasia
