This study aims to explain the effect of liquidity, solvency, financial performance, and sales growth on the capital structure. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were 181 manufacturing companies and only 48 met the criteria using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses secondary data with classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the regression equation obtained was Y = 0.581 – 0.028X1 + 0.017X2 + 0.033X3 + 0.288X4 + e. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) R Square value of 0.155 or equivalent to 15.5%.
