Local cuisines play a vital role in creating tourist destination places, boost tourism, and become one of the tourism products and attractions. However, there are limited studies focussing on local food heritage in Kelantan especially in terms of the tourist satisfaction and revisit intention. Hence, this study aims to identify the tourist satisfaction towards the revisit intention on local food heritage at Kelantan. This study is a quantitative study and online survey was used as the data collection instrument for 62 respondents which had post experience visiting Kelantan.
