Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable job burnout and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study was employees of PT. Arteria Daya Mulia (ARIDA) Cirebon Regency with a total of 841 people. The technique of measuring the number of samples using Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, so that the number of samples set in this study was 90 respondents. The sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling. The technique of withdrawing data using a questionnaire with a scale of measurement instruments using a Likert scale.
