Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study was employees of the marketing department of PT. Lambang Putra Perkasa Motor Cirebon with a total of 45 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that all employees are sampled in this study. The technique of drawing data using a questionnaire and data analysis used is multiple regression analysis.
