In this contribution, the results are presented of a study of the degree of satisfaction am ong parents of children w ith a cleft lip and/or palate w ith care provided for their children. A questionnaire w ith declarative statements and a numb er of open questions relevant to treatm ent received w as sent to the 213 m emb ers of the w orkgroup Cleft Lip and/or Palate of the society of the m otor-handicapped and their parents. In addition, parents w ere asked to give a grade for the team w ho treated their child. The results (response n = 101) indicate that, with respect to a numb er of aspects, there are- dif ferences in satisfaction concerning the care w hich w as provided am ong the 5 treatment-teams w ith the m ost responses.
