This research aims to analyse all the influences of the Educational Organization in the social economical development in a rural city in the state of Minas Gerais. The specific purposes are approach the social economical changes of the countryside and the city of Delfim Moreira, identifying the aspects that changed the life of the community and increase the knowledge that the population has about the Escola Técnica Limassis (ELT) - Fundação Roge.
