TINJAUAN MANAJEMEN RISIKO DI TEMPAT PENDAFTARAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN (TPPRJ) RSUD AJIBARANG

The Outpatient Registration Place, or the registration counter, has a function or role in service to patients, namely as the first service provider received by outpatients. At the place of patient registration, there is a risk of disease transmission because the registration officer makes direct contact with the patient and the patient's family. RSUD Ajibarang does not yet have a Risk Management Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). This study at to describe the application of risk management at the Outpatient Registration Place at RSUD Ajibarang.This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study design. The time of this research began in October-March 2022. The subjects used in this study were the Head of the RSUD Ajibarang Medical Record Installation, the RSUD Ajibarang PPI Committee, and the patient registration coordinator outpatient at the RSUD Ajibarang and one of the outpatient registration officers at the RSUD Ajibarang. The research method used is interview and observation.This study found risks in the outpatient registration area from the physical, biological, and ergonomic aspects. In that case, it is necessary to carry out risk control from each aspect as well as proper risk management
