The article examines the principles of circular economy, its influence on energy security and sustainable development of the country. The possibilities of circular economy implementation in the sector of agriculture are described. The results of circular economy survey are analyzed, main barriers of waste use in agriculture of the Republic of Belarus are detected. The dynamics of livestock and poultry heads number was analyzed and its main trends are found, the forecast for the period of 2022-2030 was made.
