In this research we have examined the electric and dielectric properties of nanocomposites intended for airplane applications based on a thermosetting epoxy resin loaded with different percentages of Multi Walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNTs). Many methods for nanotubes dispersion have been explored, giving the information concerning the most suitable procedure for obtaining improvement of the physical properties. Morphology was studied by Scanning Elecron Microscopy and Atomic Force Microscopy, enlightening a good dispersion of the nanotubes into the resin matrix.
