The topic of this diploma thesis is the consumer behavior in the online environment with a focus on logistics services. The aim of the work is to answer what role the supplier plays in the satisfaction of the end customer with the overall purchasing process. For this purpose was selected a sample of 20 respondents who use to shop online. They were divided according to two variables, age and place of residence, then qualitative research was made. It was found out that respondents evaluate logistics service providers usually according to 5 key factors.
