BRISyariah KCP Purbalingga provides a wide range of product, one of which is Unit Mikro iB product that become excellent product with the most customers for lending product. To minimize the occurrence of losses in the provision of microfinance because the customer made an appointment injury, BRISyariah KCP Purbalingga require collateral in filling of microfinance. The main problem in this research is how to mechanism for the assessment of good collateral in microfinance as a preventive action the occurrence of losses on BRISyariah KCP Purbalingga. This research used field research that is direct researcher to research place (BRISyariah KCP Purbalingga) to browse and review the materials in the field and relevant to the issues raised. Data collection techniques used by the author is observations, interviews, and documentation. After all the data collected, the analized qualitatively with descriptive-analysis. In the provision of financing BRISyariah KCP Purbalingga using the 5C principle, that is character, capacity, capital, condition and collateral. To assess the collateral items to consider is status ownership, the state of collateral, age of collateral (building and vehicles), as well as the market price of good collateral at the time. The value of collateral liquidity in the 75 iB micro product FTV maximum 90% for all types of collateral, except collateral vehicles with FTV 80%. As for 200 iB micro product FTV 80% for land & building collateral, stalls and vehicles, for deposits rated 90% of the value of financing,
