Improving the quality of education is one of the main priorities in the implementation of education in Indonesia, as set forth in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 Year 2003 on National Education System (Sisdiknas). However, success in improving the quality of education is strongly influenced by several factors, including teacher performance factors.
