Two cases of non-palpable testicular lesions localized by means of intraoperative sonography are described. M.S. a 28-year-old infertile patient underwent testicular sonography during a check-up and a small image at the level of the right testis, was found. Even if no mass was palpable it was decided to operate and an intraoperative sonography revealed the precise localization and the small mass was excised and examined at once. Histologic study confirmed the presence of tumoural tissue and orchiectomy was performed.
