Abnormal uterine bleeding is relatively common among patients with history of breast carcinoma and it is usually sustained in decreasing order of frequency by endometrial hyperplasia, polyps and endometria carcinoma. In this work we have addressed the issue of metastases to the uterus in patients with history of breast cancer. The results of this study demonstrate that uterine metastastis from primary breast cancer are uncommon but not exceptional event
