Pemberian Makan Pada Balita dan Konsumsi Zat Mikro Saat Ibu Nifas dengan Status Gizi Balita

Stunting is at risk of inhibiting toddler brain development. One of the stunting factors is the consumption of micronutrients when the mother is giving birth and the consumption of food when she is a toddler. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between infant feeding and micronutrient consumption during parturition with the nutritional status of children under five. Cross sectional design purposive sampling technique, chi square analysis. Respondents were 168 mothers of toddlers and toddlers aged 7 months to 36 months in the working area of ​​Pulang Pisau Health Center, Edison Jaar Health Center, and Tamiang Layang Health Center. The results of the study, the highest percentage of maternal education was SMA (67.3%). Nutritional status of children under five nutritional status is not stunting (85.7%). Toddlers do not get IMD immediately after birth (89.9%), exclusive breastfeeding (58.9%), toddlers drink vitamin A (87.5%), mothers drink vitamin A (72.6%), mothers do not drink Fe tablets (61.9%). Toddlers did not take deworming medicine (76.8%). There is a relationship between toddlers taking vitamin A tablets with the nutritional status of toddlers where the P value (0.008) with the contingency coefficient (C) 0.202.Stunting beresiko terhambat perkembangan otak balita.  Faktor stunting salah satunya,konsumsi zat mikro saat ibu hamil dan saat usia balita. Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN) tahun 2024 menargetkan stunting (14%). SDKI tahun 2017, Provinsi Kalteng di atas nasional untuk BBLR pada usia ibu 20-34 tahun (9,4%), (6%) anak berumur di bawah 6 bulan mendapatkan ASI eksklusif. Anak tidak mendapatkan ASI pada umur 2-3 bulan yaitu (25%), mendapat MPASI (75%), vitamin A dan obat cacing dalam 6 bulan terakhir yaitu berturut-turut (59%) dan (37 %). Wanita menerima vitamin A masa nifas (65%), (16 %) wanita tidak mengonsumsi tablet/sirup tambah darah selama kehamilannya, (48%) wanita mengonsumsi tablet/sirup Fe minimal 90 tablet. Penelitian meneliti hubungan pemberian IMD, pemberian ASI, saat ibu hamil (Vit.A dan zat besi) pemberian obat cacing pada balita, pendidikan ibu dengan resiko stunting yang dilihat dari status gizi balita (Z score TB/U).. Desain cross sectional tehnik sampling purposive sampling, Analisa chi square. Responden 168 ibu balita dan balita usia 7 bulan sampai 36 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pulang Pisau,Puskesmas Edison Jaar, dan Puskesmas Tamiang Layang. Hasil penelitian, pendidikan ibu persentase tertinggi SMA (67,3%). Status gizi balita status gizi tidak stunting (85,7%). Balita tidak mendapatkan IMD saat segera setelah lahir (89,9%), Pemberian ASI Ekslusif  (58,9%), balita minum vit A (87,5 %), ibu minum Vit A (72,6%), Ibu tidak minum tablet Fe (61,9 %). Balita tidak minum obat cacing (76,8%). Ada hubungan  balita minum tablet vitamin A dengan status gizi balita dimana nilai P (0.008) dengan nilai koefisien kontingensi (C) 0,202
