Aloe arborescens leaf skin extracts showed an intense antiproliferative activity on murine myeloma cells (P3X) and human promyelocytic cells (HL60). Cytological study were carried out by immunofluorescence techniques and SEM and TEM observations. Attention was also focussed on the development of drug resistance in cancer cells after administration for long time of low concentration of Aloe arborescens leaf extract.
