Nine unsuspected and impalpable intratesticular tumors were incidentally revealed in a series of 650 andrologic patients. Real-time high resolution ultrasound was used in the operating room to localize these impalpable lesions. Examination of a frozen section, revealed 3 seminomas, 1 teratocarcinoma, 3 benign Leydig cell tumors, 1 post traumatic fibrosis and 1 tubercular granuloma
