The European Union: Economics, Policies and History, 3rd edition

The European Union:Economics, Policies and History, third edition, contains material not included in the earlier editions. The book analyses the impact of recent developments in the European Union, with coverage of the Lisbon Treaty, the international economic crisis, the future of the euro and changes in international trade relationships. With respect to the earlier editions here is a new chapter on the 'Eurozone: Structure, Performance and Outlook', and new coverage of the Europe 2020 Strategy. Competition and industrial policies are addressed separately in different chapters and in increased depth.
