In this work the preparation and the subsequent characterization of different CO sensors based on differently doped and modified yttrium cobalt perovskite (YCoO3) are presented. Experimental results aiming at the characterization of the material are presented. A comparison of the different developed sensors in terms of sensitivity at different operating temperatures is given
