This article proposes the use of a hybrid methodology for solving CVRP (Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem) considering environmental effects. The problem is solved under route-first, cluster-second. The routing step is solved exactly using an integer linear model. The assigning step is performed by applying a modified genetic algorithm that considers the sequence found in the above step as a starting point to generate the initial population. Optimize the objective function corresponds to the minimization of weight-distance travel along the route, as an indicator of environmental impact.
