Social epistemology and Political epistemology are two relatively young and recent fields of inquiry. Both are animated by the common tension of wanting to respond to the most recent public and political discussions about the status of truth and knowledge in contemporary societies. In this article I analyze some of the most recent and relevant publications in these fields of research.
