Abstact As an institution that provides health services to the community, hospitals are required to provide quality services in accordance with established standards and can reach all levels of society. The number of existing hospitals makes the hospital always innovate and try to improve the quality of service to maintain the company's image in public. This study aims to find out how the strategy adopted by the public relations of Griya Waluya Hospital in improving the quality of service to patients. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Researchers get data from interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that the public relations strategy of Griya Waluya Hospital in improving the quality of service to patients was in accordance with the theory presented by the researcher.
