This study aims to examine Self Efficacy, Transformational Leadership and Non-physical Environment on Work Life Balance. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study were all the administrators of the FE Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo as many as 115 people. The research sample was taken using saturated sampling (census) in which all populations were used as research samples. The method of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS version 25.0 application. testing in this study using data instrument test and hypothesis testing.
