The purpose of this study was to identify corelation between personality and learning styles that complement the learning preferences of student’s leaders from 78 secondary high schools in Surabaya. Each young leaders age between 13-15 years old were the representatitive of 1000-1200 students in their schools. The objectives of the study were to 1).
