This study aims to determine the effect of customer service, delivery and price on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of J&T Express service users in Kab. Simalungun. The sample selection was based on purposive sampling with a total sample of 137 respondents, 30 for small samples and 107 for large samples. The data collected is secondary data by collecting tactics using surveys, where this study distributes online questionnaires. This study uses a research approach with partial least squares data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
