Background: Marfan syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder of the connective tissue, whose cardinal features affect eyes, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular system. Despite prevalence and natural history of cardiovascular manifestation are well known in adults, little is known about children and young adult patients.
