The project starts from a study of the Domitian Coast Masterplan drawn up by the architect Andreas Kipar. The objective of the Plan is to better interpret the strategic lines of eco-sustainable development, concretely aiming at the valorisation of the resources in an area of 75,000 hectares with a stable population of about 370,000 inhabitants. The general redefinition project starts from strengthening the attractors already present in the area. This can be done by implementing and valorising the identity of the places, while also reinforcing both the concept of community as well as the important relationship with the sea.
