We continue the study of random continued fraction expansions, generated by random application of the Gauss and the Rényi backward continued fraction maps. We show that this random dynamical system admits a unique absolutely continuous invariant measure with smooth density.</p
There have been quite a few generalizations of the usual continued fraction expansions over the last...
AbstractWe consider the ergodic properties of the Bolyai-Rényi expansion for real numbers introduced...
In a recent paper [Statist. Probab. Lett. 78 (2008) 1711-1721] it has been shown that certain random...

We introduce a random dynamical system related to continued fraction expansions. It uses random comb...
The N-continued fraction expansion is a generalization of the regular continued fraction expansion, ...
In this paper we consider continued fraction (CF) expansions on intervals different from [0,1]. For ...
A 2-continued fraction expansion is a generalisation of the regular continued fraction expansion, wh...
Recently, Scheerer [Adrian-Maria Scheerer, 2017] and Vandehey [Vandehey, 2016] showed that normality...

Abstract. Let β> 1 be a non-integer. We consider expansions of the form ∞ i=1 d i β i, where th...
A randommap is a discrete-time dynamical system in which one of a number of transfor-mations is rand...
It is conjectured that the length of continued fraction behaves asymptotically like a random variabl...
