Schäden an Stahlbetonbauteilen sind häufig auf die Korrosion des Bewehrungsstahls durch Karbonatisierung des Betons und eindringende Tausalze zurückzuführen. Das hier entwickelte Modell beschreibt Transport, Speicherung und chemische Reaktion der für die Stahlkorrosion entscheidenden Einflußgrößen in Beton. Es erfaßt Temperatur, Feuchte, Karbonatisierung und Salze. Die Modellgleichungen werden mit einem leistungsfähigen numerischen Berechnungsverfahren gelöst.
