Ein mikroskopischer Mechanismus der plastischen Verformung kristalliner Materialien ist die Bewegung von Versetzungen. In dieser Arbeit werden die elementaren Energiebarrieren der Bewegung aufgespaltener Versetzungen in Kupfer untersucht.
