Mit dieser Arbeit wird ein Beitrag zur Schließung der Kenntnislücke in Bezug auf die Interak- tion zwischen Tiefenrüttler und nicht bindigen Boden bei Anwendung des Rütteldruckverfah- rens geleistet. Mit einem messtechnisch instrumentierten Modelltiefenrüttler (M 1:3) sind in einem Versuchsstand Verdichtungsversuche durchgeführt worden. In den Versuchsserien wurden die verfahrenstechnischen Parameter Rüttlerfrequenz, Unwuchtmasse und Rüttle- reintauchtiefe variiert und deren Einfluss auf die Größe und die räumliche Ausbildung der Bodenverdichtung bewertet.
