In dieser Arbeit werden Emulsionen untersucht, die mit Hypromellose (HPMC) stabilisiert sind. Ziel ist es, durch Kombination von kurz- und längerkettigen HPMC, verschiedenen Substitutionstypen und Variation der Herstellungsmethode, feindisperse und lagerstabile Emulsionen zu erzeugen. Betrachtet werden Emulsionen mit einem Polymer und mit Polymerkombinationen. Verglichen werden zudem die gemeinsame und sequentielle Verarbeitung der Polymere. Es werden die Tropfengrößenverteilung (TGV), Viskosität und Aufrahmstabilität der Zubereitungen nach Herstellung und bei Lagerung untersucht.
