Untersuchungen zur Absorption und Verträglichkeit von Wirkstoffen und Arzneiformen zur Anwendung am Auge werden häufig an lebenden Tieren bzw. isolierten Tieraugen durchgeführt. Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, ausgehend von einem etablierten organotypischen humanen Cornea-Konstrukt ein vergleichbares Konstrukt mit unterschiedlichem Epithel zu entwickeln und die Eignung beider Modelle sowohl für Permeations- als auch für Zytotoxizitätsuntersuchungen zu zeigen.
