The hospitality industry throughout the world has suffered drastically from the recent Covid pandemic and has seen some crucial struggling times. This paper explores the impact of Covid on workloads, work engagements, and the job satisfaction levels employee of the hospitality industry, which supports the employee in brand commitment and exhibiting brand citizenship behaviour.
