Introduction: There are not many studies that investigate Islamic caring behavior and the factors that influence it. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence Islamic caring behavior. Methods: This study was an observational analytic research design that used nurses' perceptions of Islamic caring behavior and the factors that influence it, including organizational characteristics, job characteristics, and individual characteristics. This survey involved 100 respondents that filled out a questionnaire via a google form. Data analysis using Chi-Square and multiple logistic regression test, with a significance level of <0.05.
