Este estudio examina una sentencia vinculante sobre la exigibilidad de la justicia indígena dictada en 2014 por la Corte Constitucional de Ecuador. Si bien la plurinacionalidad, la interculturalidad y la jurisdicción indígena se habían reconocido en la Constitución de 2008, evidenciamos que la decisión de la Corte no transmitió una comprensión intercultural del Estado plurinacional.
