Objective: Electrophysiological evaluation is a fundamental procedure for the diagnostic assessment of hearing loss during infancy; in these cases, information concerning threshold level and auditory perception is particularly useful to establish a correct hearing rehabilitation program (hearing aids and cochlear implants).
