If not addressed, it will have an impact on the quality of service at the Assyifa Islamic Hospital. Objective: to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of nurses about patient safety and compliance with the surgical safety checklist in the operating room at RSI Assyifa Sukabumi. Methods: This research is a descriptive correlation research with a cross sectional design. The research population is operating room nurses. The sampling technique was total sampling with a total of 40 respondents. Data were analyzed using chi square test. This research was conducted in February-May 2022 at RSAssyifa Sukabumi.
