Student Perception of the Flipped Classroom Model in an Advanced Placement European History Class

Today\u27s students are widely conversant in technology and it shapes every aspect of their lives. Educators stand in a unique position to teach their students about the greater uses of this technology. This same technology also holds the potential to radically reshape the order of classroom instruction. The Flipped Classroom model offers the hope of taking advantage of technology to deliver content, allowing class time to be put to better, more efficient use in addressing specific student questions, guided practice, arid most importantly, more teacher-student interaction as the bulk of the direct instruction is moved online.
