Rowan University Libraries\u27 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee was created in Fall 2019. The Committee’s mission is to lead the ongoing work of the Libraries to become more inclusive spaces for all library users and workers, to build the cultural competencies of our community, and to embrace diversity in our collections and resources. Its vision is to ensure that all users and employees of the Libraries feel that their identities are fully respected and represented.
