The literature discussed in this review will cover the principles of ethical school leadership, the ethical codes by which educators are supposed to conduct instruction, the traits of effective school climate and culture, and the levels at which administrators can influence the climate and culture of their school. The research of this concept is important because it is critical to student learning and success. Students learn best when they are in a positive environment that provides adequate support and resources for them to succeed. However, this type of environment cannot solely depend on the teacher.
