Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari tingkat kepuasan nasabah, tingkat daya tarik alternatif, tingkat norma subjektif, dan tingkat religiositas terhadap niat beralih nasabah bank konvensional ke bank syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis SEM-PLS dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 320. Hasil penelitian pada analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa tingkat niat beralih, tingkat daya tarik alternatif, dan tingkat religiositas berada pada kategori tinggi.
