Актуальные вопросы открытости и гласности избирательного процесса

The problem of implementation of the principle of transparency in the electoral process has been investigated in this scientific article. The author states that the openness of elections is an important and fundamental principle of their conduct. The concept of publicity and transparency of elections, the standards of the electoral process, the participation of citizens in ensuring of the transparency of the elections have been discussed.В научной статье исследуется проблема реализации принципа открытости в избирательном процессе. Обосновывается мысль о том, что открытость выборов является важным и основоположным принципом их проведения, исследуется понятие гласности и открытости выборов, стандартов избирательного процесса, участия граждан в обеспечении открытости выборов
