Improvement of competence of NKRE as the subject of organizational and economic powers

The certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine «About electric power industry» in the context of NKRE powers in electrical power economic activity are considered in the article. The main shortcomings about licensing of the Law of Ukraine «About electric power industry» and the possible ways of solving disputable issues are specified.Розглянуто окремі положення Закону України «Про електроенергетику» в контексті реалізації НКРЕ своїх повноважень у сфері електроенергетичної господарської діяльності. Визначено основні недоліки Закону України «Про електроенергетику» щодо ліцензування та вказані можливі шляхи вирішення спірних питань
