Some features of lease of movables

The article is devoted to the problem of research of features of Lease of movables, through the prism of legislative requirement about state registration of bargains with the real estate. The Lease of movables is described in the article, notions of building and structure are specified, and also the analysis of operating norms of civil law, which regulate the relationships with the movables by construction in progress, is conducted. The author of the article initiates the amendments in the Civil code of Ukraine in part of right on the signing of contracts with the objects of construction in progress.Статья посвящена проблеме исследования особенностей договора аренды недвижимого имущества сквозь призму законодательного требования о государственной регистрации сделок с недвижимостью. Охарактеризован упомянутый договор, приведены понятия «здание» и «строение», проведен анализ действующих норм гражданского права, регулирующих отношения с недвижимым имуществом незавершенным строительством. Предлагается внесение изменений в ГК Украины относительно заключения договоров с объектами незавершенного строительства
